The product
What is AETOS?
A small pouch you hold under your lip, made with three ingredients studied for their role in attention and calm: L-theanine, Alpha-GPC and N-acetyl L-tyrosine.* It has no nicotine, no caffeine and no tobacco. Fifteen pouches to a can, in Wintergreen and Watermelon Mint.
Is there nicotine in it?
No. None, in any form. AETOS contains no nicotine, no tobacco and no tobacco leaf.
Is there caffeine?
No, and no other stimulant either. Some focus pouches use caffeine or close relatives of it, such as paraxanthine. AETOS doesn’t.
What does it feel like?
Quiet. There’s no rush to notice and nothing to come down from. It’s made to feel like a steadier version of your own attention, not a lift.* Everyone responds differently.
Why a pouch?
It’s discreet. No cup, no vapor, no scent, nothing to explain across the table. It fits in a pocket and goes wherever you work.
Is it a dietary supplement?
Yes. AETOS is sold as a dietary supplement for adults. The full Supplement Facts panel is printed on every can.
Using it
How do I use it?
Place one pouch under your upper lip and leave it there. There’s nothing to chew and nothing to swallow. When you’re done, throw the used pouch away in the trash.
How long do I keep it in?
As long as it’s comfortable. There’s no set time. Take it out whenever you’re done.
How many can I use in a day?
One pouch is one serving. The can doesn’t list a daily maximum, so start with one and see how it suits you. If you have questions about what’s right for you, ask your doctor.
Will it bother my gums?
The pouch is soft and made to sit comfortably. If you notice any irritation, move it to the other side or take a break. Stop using it and talk to your dentist if irritation continues.
What’s the difference between Wintergreen and Watermelon Mint?
Only the flavor. Wintergreen is cool and dry with a clean finish. Watermelon Mint starts with fruit, then turns cold. The formula is the same in both.
The formula
What’s in each pouch?
Three active ingredients, 50 mg each: L-theanine, Alpha-GPC and N-acetyl L-tyrosine. Every milligram is printed on the container. The rest of the pouch is microcrystalline cellulose (a plant fiber), mannitol, natural and artificial flavors, medium-chain triglycerides (MCT oil), sucralose, water, sodium bicarbonate, vegetable glycerin, sodium carbonate and propylene glycol. Each pouch weighs 0.6 g and contains 10 mg of sodium.
What is L-theanine?
An amino acid found naturally in tea leaves. In a 2008 study, researchers found that L-theanine increased alpha brain-wave activity, which they associate with a relaxed but alert state.* (Nobre et al., 2008)
What is Alpha-GPC?
A natural source of choline. Choline is a nutrient the body uses to make acetylcholine, a messenger involved in memory and attention.* (NIH Office of Dietary Supplements)
What is N-acetyl L-tyrosine (NALT)?
A water-soluble form of tyrosine, an amino acid found in foods like cheese, chicken and soy. The body uses tyrosine to make dopamine and norepinephrine. Research on tyrosine has focused on how people hold up under demanding mental work.* (Jongkees et al., 2015 review)
Is there sugar in it?
No sugar is listed among the ingredients. AETOS is sweetened with sucralose and mannitol.
Who makes AETOS?
AETOS is distributed by Aetos LLC in Bakersfield, California.

Who is AETOS for?
Adults 18 and over. We sell only to adults, and every order is for adult use.
Can I use it with coffee?
AETOS contains no caffeine, so it doesn’t add to what’s already in your cup. If you’re sensitive to caffeine, nothing in AETOS changes that.
I’m pregnant or nursing. Can I use it?
No. Don’t use AETOS if you’re pregnant or nursing.
I take medication or have a medical condition. Can I use it?
Talk to your doctor first. The label asks everyone to consult a physician before use, and that matters most if you take prescription medication.
What if I have a reaction?
Stop using AETOS. To report a serious adverse event, call +1 (661) 699-0971, the number printed on every can. For anything urgent, contact a doctor right away.
Does it help with quitting nicotine?
AETOS isn’t designed or sold to help anyone quit nicotine, and we make no claims about that. If you want help quitting, talk to your doctor or visit smokefree.gov.

How much is it?
One can is $12. A sleeve of five cans is $50, which works out to $10 a can.
What’s a sleeve?
Five cans of the same flavor, shrink-wrapped together. Choose a sleeve of Wintergreen or a sleeve of Watermelon Mint.
How fast do you ship?
Orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Shipping is free within the US. Delivery time depends on your address, and you’ll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Free on every order within the United States.
Can I return it?
Unopened cans can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened cans can’t be returned, because it’s a consumable product. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 7 days with photos and we’ll replace it or refund you. See the full return policy.
How should I store it?
Keep the lid closed, keep the can somewhere cool and dry, and keep it out of reach of children.
